Helping Leaders Build Great Businesses
for a Greater Purpose

As a C12 Chair in Western North Carolina, I walk alongside Christian CEOs and business owners who want to lead thriving businesses grounded in eternal purpose. My mission is to help leaders align their faith with every aspect of their leadership—so they can make wise decisions, build healthy teams, and create lasting Kingdom impact.

A Calling Shaped by Experience

Before joining C12, I spent nearly 30 years practicing law and served as a CFO—roles that sharpened my ability to think strategically, navigate complexity, and support leaders under pressure. But in time, I sensed a deeper calling: to use my experience not just to solve business problems, but to help leaders live out their faith with boldness and clarity in the marketplace.

What I Do

Today, I facilitate monthly peer advisory forums and provide one-on-one coaching and counseling sessions for Christian business leaders in Morganton, Hickory, Lenoir, Boone, Blowing Rock, Wilkesboro and beyond. Through C12’s proven framework—rooted in biblical truth and business excellence—I help leaders wrestle with real challenges, clarify their calling, and pursue transformational growth in both life and business.

Why It Matters

I believe leadership is sacred ground. When a business owner seeks God’s vision for their company and submits their decisions to His wisdom, it changes everything. Cultures shift. Teams flourish. Families and communities are impacted for generations. That’s the kind of leadership I’m committed to developing through C12.

Life Outside the Boardroom

My wife Kristin and I moved from Florida to North Carolina to follow God’s call into full-time ministry through C12. We have a blended family of six adult children and three grandchildren and are learning every day what it means to live faithfully in this season. Whether I’m coaching a leader, hiking a mountain trail, or sharing coffee and conversation, I count it a privilege to serve those building businesses that reflect the heart of God.

“C12 sharpened my focus and reminded me why I do what I do — to build a business that honors God.”

William Morris

“C12 exists to equip Christian CEOs and executives to build great businesses for a greater purpose. Through monthly forums and one-on-one coaching, members grow in both faith and business.”
